5. Delivery Restrictions We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to:
Incorrect address or contact information.
Consignee refusing or failing to accept delivery.
Restricted access locations (e.g., schools, work units, gated communities).
Force Majeure Events including but not limited to weather disruptions, transportation interruptions, customs delays, governmental actions, or natural disasters.
If customs clearance is required, we will notify you via email.
If goods are destroyed or returned due to customs delays, the customer is responsible.
Deliveries do not occur on weekends, national holidays, or festival days.

Upon delivery, inspect the package carefully before signing.
